Universe May not be, but Our Solar System Is Growing Bigger

Astronomers believe to have discovered the so called tenth planet in our solar system, believed to be about nearly 100 times further from the sun, than that of our Earth.
The Planet is named to be "2003 UB313". Whats the funda behind this name is still not clear.
It all depends on the astronomical community, that either can accept or decline the 2003 UB313 as a planet.
